Carisolo Grinding provides a cutlery rental service to commercial kitchens, meat cutting operations, and grocers. You pick out the knives, and we supply two identical sets at no charge, and then exchange in person between those two sets on a routine basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). On your delivery day, a representative of Carisolo Grinding will personally deliver newly sharpened knives to your establishment, and swap them out with the used knives.
