We offer a convenient, reliable and cost effective mail exchange program for customers outside of our delivery service area. The process is simple. We customize a set of knives that will work best for your cutlery needs. We will ship you two sets of knives. When one set is dull, you send it back to us in the box provided and we will send your knives back sharp within one week. The customer is responsible for a one time knife deposit, and a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly sharpening charge, which ranges from $2.00-$4.00 a knife, plus shipping costs one way. This is a great alternative if you are out of our delivery area, but realize the importance of working with the proper tools.
