We are a family business whose artisan tradition began six generations ago in the
Alpine village of Carisolo, Italy. A master grinder stands behind every product.
We cater to professional chefs and meat cutters. Providing traditional knife sharpening
service- we rotate two sets of knives, exchanging them in person or by mail, weekly,
bi-weekly or monthly, as the customer requires.
We offer Carisolo, Maestri, Dexter-Russell™, Lamson Goodnow™, and other
high quality cutlery. We sharpen meat grinder knives and plates. We sell band saw
blades and we happily regrind personal and collector knives.
